What a useful driver fare check needs
A rideshare fare is not explained by distance alone. A meaningful check can require the pickup region, ride category, trip duration and distance, plus surge, wait time and a reservation fee where they apply. The actual paid fare is the comparison point, not an input to hide.
Start with the platform’s trip screen and statement. Confirm that kilometres and minutes describe the same trip. Check whether tolls, tips, fees or adjustments sit outside the fare component you are trying to compare.
